Meet Houla, a beautiful Blue Merle Catahoula Leopard Dog that was rescued from a holding facility in Louisiana and brought up to Seattle.  She is great with kids and other dogs, potty trained and good on a leash. She is an active girl and will chase birds, not sure how she is with cats.  She loves car rides and snuggling,  adores attention and is eager to please which combined with being super intelligent should make her an easy training subject and will need someone who is committed  to progressing with her basic training.  Catahoula's are amazing dogs and worth every second of the time you put in!   Please fill out an application if you are interested- it won't obligate you to anything but will give us a great place to start matching the right dog to your needs.  The application can be filled in online, at http://www.myaarf.org/forms/ Home check and references will be required before adoption.
