We are so excited that you are interested in adopting!

There are many great reasons to adopt an animal and we are thrilled that you are considering this path. There are millions of animals in shelters that do not receive the love and care that they deserve. According to the ASPCA, 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters yearly in America. Only 2.7 million of these animals are adopted each year.  Every adoption counts!

At the Animal Aid and Rescue Foundation, we pride ourselves on taking great care to select homes for our animals. Placing an animal in a forever home is a great responsibility. As such, our contract stipulates that the following items are mandated with adoption:

• Spay/Neuter of the animal
• Completion of training
